At Divine Vastu, we strive to deliver high-quality, customized numerology reports. Because of the digital and highly personalized nature of the Numero Magic Report, we operate under a strict cancellation and refund policy.
Since each Numero Magic Report is custom-prepared based on the exact name, date of birth, and gender provided during checkout, the preparation begins immediately upon successful payment. Cancellations are only permitted if requested before the report generation has started. Once order processing has commenced, the transaction cannot be cancelled.
Because the Numero Magic Report is a customized digital product, it is non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered to your email. We do not issue refunds for changes of mind, incorrect birth details provided by the customer, or subjective disagreement with the numerological interpretations.
We will issue a full (100%) refund under the following specific circumstances:
Once a refund is approved by our support team, the refund transaction will be initiated through our payment processor (Razorpay). Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI wallet) within 5 to 7 business days.
